At English Mastiff Haven, our pricing reflects the significant investment we make in health testing, ethical breeding, veterinary care, early socialization, and lifelong breeder support. Our goal is to place each puppy in a responsible, loving home where they will thrive as a cherished family member.

We encourage all families to review our Breeding Standards before applying.

What’s Included With Every Puppy

• AKC registration (Limited or Full, based on placement)

• Veterinary examination prior to placement

• Up‑to‑date vaccinations and deworming

• One‑year health guarantee against life‑threatening genetic disease

• Health and vaccination records

• Starter food and care instructions

• Lifetime breeder support

Puppy Pricing

Pet‑Only Placement (AKC Limited Registration)

• Males: $2,000

• Females: $2,000

Pet‑only puppies are placed strictly as companions and are not sold with breeding or show rights.

Full AKC Registration (Selective Placement)

• Females: $2,500

• Males: $2,700

Full registration is offered to a limited number of approved homes per litter. Additional screening and contract terms apply.

Deposit & Placement Process

Deposits are collected only at specific milestones as a litter progresses from conception through placement. Approved applicants are given the opportunity to preview the Deposit Agreement in advance before any payment is requested.

• Pricing may vary based on individual puppy placement and registration type

• Deposits are required to join the waitlist once a litter is confirmed

• Final pricing and contract terms are provided in writing prior to placement
